From Rt. 33 in Chicopee
From the Jiffy Lube on Route 33 take New Ludlow Road and travel 2.9 miles to the Stop Sign. Turn right onto East Street and continue for 1.1 miles to Brooks Street in Ludlow. Turn left onto Brooks Street and go 4 tenths of a mile to the Stop Sign. Turn right onto Carver Street and go 4 tenths of a mile to the fork in the road. Bear right at the fork and go straight for 2.2 miles to Fairview on the right. Look for the sign.

From Belchertown Center
Take Route 202 South for about 1 mile to Route 21. Turn left onto Route 21 and go about .8 miles and turn right onto Turkey Hill Road. Proceed for about .5 miles (the road will curve to the left) to the Stop Sign. Turn right onto Rockrimmon Street and continue for about 7 tenths of a mile to another Stop Sign. Turn right (this is still Rockrimmon Street) and proceed for 1.3 miles to Fairview on the left. Look for the sign.

From the Mass Pike in Ludlow
From the exit ramp turn right onto Route 21 and proceed for 2.2 miles to Lyons Street. Turn left on Lyons and go 3.1 miles to the Stop Sign at Carver Street. Turn right onto Carver Street and travel 1.9 miles to Fairview on the right. Look for the sign.

From Holyoke and Route 91
From Holyoke, either take Route 91 to Route 202 North or just get onto Route 202 heading North to Granby Center. Continue on Route 202 until you see the Granby Cafe on your left. At the Granby Cafe you will turn right onto School Street. Proceed on School Street for 2.8 miles to Carver Street. Turn left onto Carver and go 2.2 miles to Fairview on the right. Look for the sign.
